Staff really tried, but too few to cope. Some organisational issues? Lots of other guests unhappy. I was embarrased at level of service - lack of dining space, all uncleared tables, basic breakfast.... List could go on but I feel too sorry for the hotel to continue."

"Competent and friendly staff makes guests feel at home. The temperature in the room, higher than in an average hotel, feels good when you come back from the cold desert at. night. Good parking inside secure lot. Plenty of food at the buffet. Douz is the gateway to the Sahara. Ride a camel in the morning, ate one in the evening."
