"Arrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, ..."

"Everything was perfect. Clean room, nice facilities, kind staffs and quiet and safe staying. But it would make you more outstanding if you enhance a speed of serving in the restaurant. Coffee and egg-fries were late. Anyway, overall, very goo."
