The staff were very nice and friendly, especially Marium, who went out of her way to help me. When my Uber driver to the airport started messaging me asking for more money, I had to cancel the ride. "The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is unparalleled. I felt like family here. Many rooms recently remodeled and very nice updates. Conveniently located close to all main tourist attractions. Views from rooms and rooftop restaurant are spectacular!! Highly recommend. "

"This is by far the best property I have stayed at in Egypt. Everyone at the front desk is extremely helpful and have made my stay here in Egypt easy. The rooms are clean and the property is very clean. Rooms are exactly as described on Expedia's website. "The structure is indeed of great historical value, it is a wonderful asset to Marriott, the maintenance process of such a diversly large property is a huge task & it is carried out seamlessly..staff all ..of them..are professional & helpful..they make you feel more like at home rather than a visitor...the beds are so comfortable that you can sleep relaxed the whole night...some rooms may need carpet renovations..there are many ways to do that. I look forwards to staying there again..thank you Omar elkhayam Marriott hotel & staff"
