Nice secluded hotel nestled in a mountain side next to a large resort the mecure. The hotel offered high quality customer service, privacy and rooms. My husband and I were warmly welcomed- towels changed daily, bath robes provided and any requests for example a hairdryer, mint tea etc was expeditiously executed- no wait times. Our room had direct access to the pool and sun bed. We also took advantage of the shared facilities from the Mercure. We had a fabulous time and felt welcomed. We explored the green Mubazzara, oasis’s, museum and local malls. At time of our visit there was only one of the two outdoor pools functional but this sufficed- the pool was maintained well- a good temperature. The views were stunning of the city and mountains. Very scenic. Beautiful marble decor.

Great escape of the hot weather in Dubai, this property is around 1,000 meters above sea surface making it 5-7 degrees less than Dubai, plus it is far from the sea so no humidity. Rooms are great and view in the night is amazing.
