"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am Fjord. Es war so ruhig und erholsam. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Betten waren weich und gemütlich. Lediglich das obere Bad war etwas alt. Das Boot ist etwas langsam (6 PS Motor), reichte aber auch vollkommen aus. Lars war super freundlich!"

Was not marked and made it very difficult to find the cabin..we ended up locating it by matching houses in the area to the picture on VRBO and one in our party made his way over walls to find the front door and key to make sure it was our property then walked it back to our car. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sofort abgebrochen und mussten uns ein Hotel suchen. Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung sind stark geschönt und entsprechen in keiner Weise der Realität. Es stinkt überall, die Möbel sind durchgesessen, die Kissen sind gelb verfärbt und die Bettdecken sind fleckig. Von außen blättert die Farbe großflächig ab. Cosy lakeside motel outside Haugesund.

"Small friendly motel on the shore of a beautiful lake and fjords nearby, just outside Haugesund. Ideal if you are passing through. Cosy main reception and lounge/breakfast/diner area with fireplace a small bar, home cooked meal available. Typical motel with rooms lined up outside, fully functional internet and ample parking. Lovely change from a city or town centre stay, enjoyed a nice walk before diner and an early night."
