Our flight was delayed and we got in very late, but she was in touch with us and arranged for us to be able to check in and even got us a ride when the buses weren't running. There was plenty of food and water in the fridge and the kitchen was well-appointed. Dimitra had excellent recommendations for restaurants and was and all around kind person.
