"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. "We stayed 8 days for a special mother-daughter trip. We were lucky to get a surprise upgrade to a suite with a hot tub and breathtaking view. At night the views were a dream. Chrysa and the reception team were excellent! Communication was A . The breakfast was delicious and could be customized daily at request. Transportation services were excellent and timely.
