This reservation is for the entire single family house. This beautiful 1950’s Mid-Century modern home is located right off Route 8 in the active North Hill neighborhood of Akron, within an easy commute to Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, and even Cleveland, Youngstown and Canton! Plenty of surrounding parks, ball field complexes, trails, shopping, restaurants, night life, minor league baseball, concerts, and more!

Two-story house has (3) full bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, a workstation in the 2nd floor bedroom, and (2) bedrooms on the main floor. Relaxing living room on main floor with loveseat, sofa, & 50" Smart TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The garage will not be accessible with this reservation unless prior arrangements are made.

Parking:
- Driveway parking for up to two cars, additional parking available on streets in front or on side of house.

- No parking or driving on the grass.
- PLEASE NOTE - This reservation does not include use of the garage. Please contact us if you are interested in its use.
House Rules must be agreed to prior to booking, please do not ask us to circumvent these requirements:
- No Third-Party Bookings. The people staying at the property need to be the ones making the reservation.
- All communications must proceed through the service platform.
Non-Verified Guests or Guests that have NO reviews MUST provide photos of state identifications for all adults over the age of 18 no less than 48 hours of making reservation. Failure to do so will cause reservation to be cancelled.
Maximum of SIX guests are permitted to stay. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately.
PET PERMITTED. We can accommodate (1) one pet up to 20 pounds in weight for a $60 pet fee. Picture of pet required with booking. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $200 fine.
NO SMOKING/VAPING/CANDLES/INCENSE inside the house. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be cancelled immediately and be cause for recouping damages to the property. Smoking outside is permitted, please use the provided butt can on the deck or dispose of properly. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $500 fine.
NO PARTIES. This property is in a residential neighborhood that values their privacy and enjoys the quietness of the neighborhood. Please be respectful of their wishes for peaceful enjoyment of their homes. While we certainly understand you may have visitors during reasonable hours, however gatherings beyond that, either planned or spontaneous, are explicitly not allowed. Violation of this house rule is also a violation of platform terms and will cause your stay to be canceled immediately, will be cause for recouping damages to the property and a minimum $500 fine.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS. This house has exterior cameras located around the perimeter of the outside of the property for the safety of our Guests and for protection of the property. Do not touch or attempt to remove, disable, tamper, cover, or manipulate these cameras in any way from their current settings. Violation of this rule will cause your stay to be canceled immediately and a minimum $200 fine.
PROPERTY CONTENTS. House property and contents are to be treated and used with care. Indoor furniture and amenities are to be kept INSIDE. Outdoor furniture and amenities are to be kept OUTSIDE. Please DO NOT move the furniture from where it is when you arrive & please return any items moved from their provided location.
RESPONSIBILITIES. Guests are completely responsible for the actions of their visitors and liable for any damage or incidents caused by themselves or their Guests. Any damage to the property will be cause for recouping costs.
CLEANING SUPPLIES. There are basic cleaning supplies provided in the kitchen pantry and under the kitchen sink. A vacuum, broom, and mop with bucket are located at the base of the steps to the basement if needed.
TRASH & RECYCLE:
Pickup is typically very early Monday morning by the City of Akron. At times, events such as weather, holidays, staffing, etc... or other events out of our control can impact their pickup schedule We will stop by over the weekend to move carts to the curb and return afterwards to retrieve them. Feel free to place items in the carts while they are on the curb.
There are TWO waste carts located against the house by the driveway:
= The larger wheeled cart is for regular household trash. There are extra trash bags located under the kitchen sink. PLEASE TIE trash bags closed PRIOR to placing in the outside cart. Loose food remnants and liquids in the cart will attract rodents, bees, flies, and maggots, not to mention - smell very badly if pickup doesn't come for a few days.
= The smaller wheeled cart is marked for RECYCLE ONLY. The City of Akron requires that boxes be flattened and bottles/containers emptied. Used food containers must have all food remnants removed. Please DO NOT put regular household trash into the recycle bin or place any items inside other bags. Acceptable items as defined by the City are identified on the label located on the lid of the recycle bin.
In addition to moving carts to/from the curb for weekly trash service, we may stop at the property to perform minor but necessary exterior maintenance, such as lawn mowing, snow removal, or other tasks. This can be hard to predict depending upon weather and scheduling, but we will attempt to provide notification as soon as possible in advance. Our workers will be cognizant of your privacy and do all we can to minimize any noise or other disruption to the enjoyment of our property during your stay.

- Check out is by 10 am
- Please gather all trash throughout and place in the provided kitchen and room waste baskets (extra bags are under the sink).
- Please place any dirty dishes in the sink.
- Please place all used towels in the hampers located in each closet; please do not leave wet towels on doors or floors anytime during your stay.
- No need to make or strip used beds - we will handle that with our cleaning.
- Please verify all windows are securely closed and locked.
- Please verify that both entry doors are locked upon leaving.
- Please walk through to ensure you leave nothing behind!
- Please text us upon departure through the app that you have left.

Caution - there is significant construction in progress south of the property location where Interstates 77 & 76 intersect with Route 8. Please do an internet search for various websites provided by the City of Akron and ODOT to provide the latest details and possible impact to your travels around town.
