"I loved this hotel, really classy chic feel and the Staff are brilliant, they soon get to know you and what you like. The food in the bar is amazing. Im currently on crutches and it was difficult to get to the pool because of steps, though the rooms are spacious and accessible, you wouldn't be able to get to the bar or pool if you're in a wheelchair. Outside the pavements all over Bangkok are uneven, broken and with loads of manhole covers with big holes, big enough for my crutches to get through which makes it kinda dangerous, the kerbs are about 2 ft high and difficult to manage.. We didn't like the pushy concierge, I'm guessing they are on commission as everyday you're asked where are you going, do you want to go here or here , it put me off booking with them. "
