"The hotel is bike friendly. We checked into the hotel after a long day biking in the rain. They have a lovely sauna, breakfast was really good, washing facilities and a great bar too. The room had beds that were too soft to our liking but that is the only complaint. Our building looked extremely new and we are already talking about a trip again this winter!! Oh and you can walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes and other restaurants if you wish. "

"Loved this beautiful cabin, one of the nicest places I've stayed. Had all amenities you could ask for and more, plus a sauna. Cosy decor and loved the fireplace and the balcony overlooking the lake. Cabin was very clean and great location close to the centre of Akaslompolo. Hope I can stay here again some time."

"From start to finish Linda has been fantastic answering all questions we had even down to recommendations for trips and restaurants… cabin is amazing the pictures don’t do it justice.. couldn’t have asked for a better location 10 min walk one way to the shops and frozen lake 2 mins walk the other way to a fantastic woodland walk .. seen the lights 3 times in 7 days, temp was around -23 most days so lovely to come back to a warm cosy cabin and use the sauna. Will be booking again for this new years too !! Both my kids (13) and (15) have travelled the world with us and had many experiences but we have all agreed this has been the best holiday we’ve had …. Thank you"
