"There is a separate room for online bookings that is not on standard. Had to put kettle on the ground to reach the plug. No aircon as advertise and they let me pay again for breakfast. the room was a downgrade from the other rooms available and I was informed by reception that they always give that room to guest that booked online and not direct at them."
