"I rented the house for 3 months for 3 people and it was very safe and clean. Easy walk to Kigali stadium for a run. Jeanne was very kind and welcoming and always helpful and available. However, not all of the amenities that were listed on the website were actually included in the house."

"Their dates on vrbo app dont match the house availability where I was charged for the dates that the host comfirmed not being available after booking..now struggling with my refund and also struggled with finding a new place. The house wasn't clean, had to find a cleaner myself , and the host had the worst communication skills ever plus being rude and unhelpful with all concerns o had."
