This independent, quiet and bright apartment is ideally located in the Ajaccian countryside, 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Capo di Feno, Sanguinaires, Ajaccio town center and close to all amenities.
No problem for a weekday arrival.
We provide towels, sheets, tea towels, blankets etc at no extra charge.

Ottima sistemazione leggermente fuori dal caos della città. Grande spazio esterno, molto apprezzato dai bambini!!Host gentile, disponibile ma non invadente che ci ha permesso di sfruttare il barbecue per una cena con amici che si trovavano ad Ajaccio.

appartement très agréable, fonctionnel, très accueillant par un mobilier, l'électroménager et une décoration intérieurs et extérieurs parfaits. La vue depuis l'appartement est excellente. L'environnement est calme. une place de parking correcte. L'appartement est à 15 minutes de la plage et du centre d'ajaccio en voiture. La climatisation est présente dans l'espace repas. Elle manque dans les chambres quand il y a des périodes caniculaires. Séjour très apprécié.

Un nid de verdure à 5min du centre d Ajaccio
Nous avons passé 10 jours de bonheur dans ce logement et nous en partons à regret. Si vous aimez le calme, la nature et les petits oiseaux cette maison est faite pour vous. Une très grande terrasse permet de prendre tous ses repas face à la colline et un petit jardin avec un hamac vous permettra de faire la sieste à l ombre des oliviers, des citronniers… L intérieur est lui aussi très agréable, pratique et fonctionnel. Vraiment un gros coup de cœur pour nous. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Korsika von der schönsten Seite
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, wir wurden von Geschenken überrascht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und gut angebunden, man muss für einen schönen Spaziergang (mit Hund) oder eine Wanderung natürlich erst einmal das Auto bewegen. Alles zum Wohlfühlen in der Wohnung ist enthalten, super ausgestattete Küche! Ein guter Stützpunkt für Unternehmungen. Das wirklich einzige Manko ist, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer kein Fenster/ Tageslicht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Gut, aber nicht perfekt
Die Unterkunft ist kein Ferienhaus (so wie es im Internetauftritt mit 65m² verkauft wird) sondern eine Wohnung im Souterrain eines großen Hauses welches die Schwiegermutter des Vermieters bewohnt. Sie ist eine sehr liebenswerte und entzückende Dame, die immer gerne hilft. Leider spricht sie "nur" französisch und italienisch. Die Vermieter selbst haben wir nie gesehen, waren aber telefonisch immer erreichbar. In der Küche waren Spinnweben die nicht weggeputzt wurden, sonst war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Die Umgebung ist toll, wobei der Weg nach Ajaccio ungef. 5km per Auto ausmacht und der nächste Strand ebenfalls ungef. 5-6 km per Auto entfernt ist. Fazit: Die Unterkunft ist ok, die Umgebung passt!

La location est la partie inferieure d'une autre maison Elle est completement séparée avec une grande terrasse, le tout 100 % privatif, sans meme de réel vis a vis. La location est bien equipée, bien décorée et franchement agréable à vivre. Les proprietaires sont accueillants . Le point le plus important: La tranquilité. Le lieu est TRES TRES calme, de jour comme de nuit. En résumé, chaudement recommandé.

Sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung am Rande von Ajaccio
Wir haben die ruhige Lage und die gute Verbindung zur Stadt Ajaccio und den beiden Stränden (10 Autominuten Entfernung) sehr genossen. Es war alles im Haus verfügbar, auch so Kleinigkeiten wie Waschmittel oder Spültabs - TOP, was man in seinem Urlaub benötigt. Der Grill und der Außenpizzaofen waren ideal sich einen schönen Abend auf der schönen Terrasse zu machen.
