Charming furnished apartment (40 m²) on the first floor of a private two-storey building in quiet and sunny in the heart of the famous Mazarin district.

Ideally located close to Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, the Four Dolphins Fountain, the Hotel de Caumont and the Saint Jean de Malte Church.

You will enjoy a living-dining room with cable TV (flat screen 65 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom (double bed 160 x 190), bright with dressing room and desk, located quiet overlooking a private garden.

The bathroom has a shower, basin, vanity unit, hair dryer and heated towel rail.
The toilet toilets are separated.

This seasonal rental is available all year.

PROPOSED SERVICES AND SERVICES:
- Price for 2 persons: 90 € TTC / night / additional traveler 20 € TTC / night.

- Children up to 2 years stay free of charge when using the baby cot.
Provision of a baby bed, high chair, bathtub.

- AT YOUR REQUEST: breakfast at the price of 8 € TTC per person / day.

- Internet access: WIFI plus RJ45 socket (included in the price).

Wonderful location - don't bring a car
The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Aix. We arrived by car and found it very challenging to locate first the parking and then the apartment. I was expecting 1 flight of stairs, not 2, so recommend packing light! Although we reserved for 2 when we asked about using the sofa bed to sleep separately we were told it would be $50 euros for extra bedding and laundering, which we agreed to. Armelle should rethink this amount since all we were provided was a bottom sheet and comforter so felt like too much. Armelle is very informative and helpful and responded quickly to our messages.

Compact modern apartment in the heart of Aix
Location is excellent just off Cours Mirabeau. Small, but well equipped apartment (kitchen, bathroom, cabinets...). Hosts were available and quick to respond to small problem with hot water. WiFi could have been stronger and more stable. Nevertheless highly recommended!
