"Loved the Moroccan décor and breakfasts. Everything was impeccable and the staff very responsive. The hotel is within the old city walls so everything is very walkable from there. One thing to note: if you come during the day, cabs may not drive you to the front of the hotel because the streets are narrow and there are lots of pedestrians, so you may need to walk a couple of blocks from your drop off."

"Beautiful property and the staff were amazing, they greeted us with Moroccan tea and their traditional bread “mesemen” was absolutely amazing !!! Place was clean and the garden had a trampoline so it was great for the kids, our favourite was the Moroccan style baths they had which were available in every room. Overall we had a great time and will be coming back next year!! "

"Absolutely loved the location of this property; within the city walls, yet (just about) away from the chaos of the centre! Friendly welcome, beautiful building, fabulous gardens and gorgeous rooms (we had 113). It's maybe 15 minutes from the main part of town, but oh so worth the steps when you retreat to what is an oasis. Six out five stars! "

"We visited Marrakech for 3 nights and stayed at Riad al Badia for the duration. I could not recommend this place highly enough, we were giving the most friendly welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Great value for money and about a 20 minute walk from the main square. "Wonderful Riad in the heart of the medina. We really didn't know what to expect in Marrakesh and luckily I found this place in the medina. Marrakesh is wild and crazy and beautiful! The service at the Riad was top-notch! You really want the airport transfers - so schedule that in advance. "It is the best property we ever stayed at in terms of hospitality. Ilyas proposed to walk with us to the places we wanted to go dine, especially at night and us being 2 girls. Ilyas and Ahmed and the house lady made sure that everything was perfect and they went above and beyond every single day. Highly highly recommend. "The stay at this riad was amazing !! The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the riad feel more of a home than a normal stay. The cleanliness is unmatched as they consistently keep it clean every single day. The riad is also securely gated so there is no worry for safety. I highly recommend this to everyone !!"

"A beautiful hotel a short drive outside the medina. Choose it for lush grounds, a friendly team and a great pool. We had a few problems with our room which were raised with the staff and resolved to a degree. Be wary of the superior bungalow with courtyard view… it’s actually in the car park and does not reflect the high standards and ambience the hotel generally sets."

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...

Five Fabulous Days in Marrakech!

"Absolute world class customer service. The staff are off the scale. The most delightful we’ve encountered anywhere!! Rooms were enormous. Moroccan breakfast was fresh and generous! The negatives? Rooms require more lighting and the rooftop sundeck needs to be freshened up!!"

"This Riad is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and it is convenient to everything in the Medinah. The rooms are pleasant and functional, and I enjoyed the Moroccan style present everywhere in the hotel. Every staff member is amazingly friendly and helpful. When I arrived Karim told me everything I needed to know about how to get around, bargain, and enjoy Marrakech. He recommended good restaurants and things to do. If I go back to Marrakech, I will want to stay here."
