"Very old property. For a 5 star hotel it has weird rules, can’t bring outside food and wine into the hotel, you cannot sign for any of the stuff you use during your stay and have to pay off right away, once checked out they give you a special pass to get your luggage. Not bad, but not a 5 star feel. "

"Amazing location. Can't stress this enough! Also, convenient that it is all inclusive, makes meals a lot more efficient if you have a busy schedule planned! The gardens are pretty, and the swim up pool is a nice setup. I'm sure in warmer weather the property is glorious! We went in December.
