Our fully self-contained 1 Bedroom apartment is located in the "Heart of Airlie Beach" next to restaurants, bars, public transport and tourism operators. This air-conditioned apartment is newly renovated and includes kitchen, laundry and stunning ocean views. The Resort has a choice of two swimming pools and a hot tub. We own 2 units in this resort complex and are now taking extended bookings, please enquire. Our place is great for couples, friends, family and people that just want to get away!

The 1 Bedroom apartment sleeps four (double sofa bed in lounge room) is air conditioned with a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and self contained with a cook top, oven, microwave and fridge.
↬ Guests can use entire place Resort has 2 x pools, hot tub, restaurant, bar, pool table free to use also.
↬ The Laundry mat is in the next block up and is just down the stairs, costs is $4 per load $1 x 4 and also a dryer is in there as well for $4, there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony, clothes dry quick up North.
↬ The Reception is for resort guests that are not with Air bnb Hosts, so if you need anything please let us know and not them thanks.
You will have a one bedroom apartment with a central bathroom, kitchen and 2 private balconies.
Parking is allowed anywhere on the resort site, there is no designated parking for the apartment.

↬ This unit is self check in and is usually ready before check in time, so please contact us if you arrive early, and we can see what we can do for you, you can check in as late as you want as well, we leave a key in a locked box for you to self check in.
↬ We supply a complimentary starter kit for your stay, comprising of treats, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, just to make your stay even easier.
This apartment is part of the resort, however it is privately owned. Check-in or services are NOT available at the reception.

↬ For the Mum's and Dad's that need a night off from the kids, we know of a very reputable and reliable baby sitter, also we hire out cots and prams must book in advance (subject to availability).
↬ Situated on a hill so will need to walk about 120 meters up to the unit, unit is on the top floor so there's 2 stories of stairs to walk up.
The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 2 guests allowed on this property.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available off and on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
