"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. "Communication and check in was a breeze. Bit of an adventure but I had a blast locating the lock box. Very pleased for the quick communication for an incident that occurred out of their control, The owners were very quick to respond and we were able to relocate without incident. "Excellent accommodations and excellent location. Having only one key fob to get into the building and to go up the elevator required some coordination with family member but we were able to work that out."
