"This is a scam please don’t book this non refundable hotel. We tried to contact them numerous times with no response and the only way to the island is via their boat. We had to book another hotel and then try and get our money back from Expedia which was refunded. They said hotel closed in 2020"

"I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude to us, and we were nickel and dimed for EVERYTHING! Nothing listed as an amenity is complimentary. The airport is less than 2 miles from the hotel, yet they charged us $40.00 for a ride in. That's more...

"The staff are amazing here. Breakfast was great and they will schedule it around your plans for the day (i.e. diving, hiking, kayaking). The staff is always willing to bend over backwards to help accommodate your needs. The rooms are great and very clean. AC works amazing in the rooms.
