"Beautiful room, location difficult to find and it wasn’t called the residence hotel, it was called the M3. Would be really helpful to put the directions from the bus stop and tell what bus stop to get off at on route 60. I went to Ferney Marie which was wrong and had to come back to get off at a different bus stop near the residence hotel. I went to this hotel and was told my room was not at their room but at M3 around the corner on another street. Room was excellent to make up for the lack of directions. "

"Its close to the airport which was good for me. Not much food places around since i got in late but the friendly lady when i checked in gave me 2 croissants which helped alot 😅 "

"This hotel is grand for an airport stay and a typical Ibis but the receptionist when we arrived was one of the rudest and most unhelpful I have met in 20 years of travel. I enquired about the airport transfer which I was told after several attempts was €25, left only hourly and I would need to book 24 hours in advance which at check in after 4pm, is highly improbable if not impossible for most. The receptionist was so arrogant and impersonal about the whole exchange I got fed up even trying so just decided to get an Uber which was €5 cheaper and left whenever I wanted to I highly recommend doing the same. Tony the barman on the other hand was fantastic and head and shoulders above the pompous individual who is the face of your business when arriving. "
