EVERYTHING you need for FULL-TIME COTTAGE LIVING: washer/dryer, desk & reliable WiFi, ROKU TVs in living room and bedrooms, electric fireplace, original heart pine hardwood floors

LIKE NEW KITCHEN has granite counters & stainless appliances (including dishwasher) & adorable built-in dining nook. Bathroom also updated, with lighted make-up mirror & tub/shower combo.

SAFE, WALKABLE neighborhood just off of S. Boundary is "a 5 minute drive" from anywhere in Aiken.

DOGS (up to 2 welcome!) love the LARGE FENCED BACKYARD & you'll love relaxing under the fan on the shady side porch or gathering around the fire pit.

Please no smoking anywhere on the premises.
