This spacious and modern villa is fully equipped for a wonderful stay in the sunny south of France.

There are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for maximum comfort. Also, all rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system to keep your room at the right temperature.

The beautiful private pool is heatable (on request) and the spacious terrace around it gives plenty of peace and privacy
Aigne, also called the snail village is a small quiet village about 10 minutes from Olonzac. You can find a good restaurant there a short distance from the house. There are plenty of walks through vineyards you can do around the house
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
