"Staff seemed unable to cope due to busy period, and were not as friendly as I'm used to in the south of Germany. There was a wedding on too so maybe due to that. Stlfling hot in room, and room Aircon control was not working. Great place though, would go back."

"Zimmer sind gut aber sehr hellhörig und schlechte Lichtquellen im Bad und Zimmer. Keine Abfalleimer im Zimmer. Keine Benefits für Expedia Goldmember. Parkplatz gebührenpflichtig. Eher 3*** bestimmt nicht 4**** Hotel. Staff spricht zum teil kein deutsch. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und wellness."

"The staff were absolutely amazing! Great customer service, great location and the rooms are lovely and spotless. The bathrooms are also massive. This hotel is very affordable and I would choose to book here if I return to Memmingen."
