"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. "Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel "
