"Property is down a small muddy dirt road and is at a different place than what's listed on the website. The TV wasn't working our entire stay despite numerous calls and messages. We also had a few water leaks so we had no running water for 12 or more hours."

"It's a clean modern hotel with no complaints about the facility or staff. I wanted a hotel close to the airport with a good bed and shower at a reasonable price. This property fulfilled all requirements and then some. Despite being close to the elevator the room had enough sound insulation that it wasn't a problem including the talking of other guests. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, but something to be aware of. The local tricycle drivers are charging foreigners outrageous (for the Philippines) prices for short trips. Like I can get a bus ticket to halfway across the island prices."
