"Beautiful property, very helpful staff, the food was delicious and everything was very clean. We had a room with a private pool (not heated) which was great to have such a large private patio space when we wanted downtime. Our 2 kids loved the warm pools and the housekeepers leaving them little treats in the afternoon. The hotel doesn’t cater to families or young kids but it was still an excellent place if you do have kids. It was a short walk to everything we needed while we were on the resort but we had a car rental as we were exploring the area daily that we parked right outside our Chato. There isn’t a gym available, but the resort is lovely for a run. It was so easy to communicate with the staff in WhatsApp I ask questions and order room service. We ordered room service a couple nights, which was delicious. Our favourite was the poke bowl. The breakfast buffet was perfect every morning before we started our day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"We just left here today. We were in Cabin 10 , the grounds here are gorgeous. The cabins are very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend. There’s a bar near the front office that’s amazing. "

"We rented the loft and it was exactly as described. It was a conveniently allocated about a 5 minute drive or Uber to La Fortuna. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the upstairs deck and coming home after hiking to use our private jacuzzi. "

"Very impressed with how nice our private deluxe room was. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and big, and everything was clean. They offered complementary drinks every day, had a nice big pool, a full kitchen space to access, and free parking. The location is right in the middle of town so you can walk to everything. Would definitely recommend this place for your visit to La Fortuna."
