This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever endured. Pictures on Expedia do not match actual condition of the rooms. Hotel staff did not speak any English. Hotel room was extremely cold and smelly, walls had humidity marks on them. I booked a room with a city view, there wasn’t any windows in the room! Bedding was dirty, pillows were black, because of dirt accumulated with time. On the night I stayed, hotel played really loud music until 3am, making it extremely difficult to sleep.
