Positioned along the picturesque Agnes Water Surf Beach, Loka Santi offers self-contained units adorned with a communal pool, conveniently situated near the beach and a brief distance from the shopping village, amenities, cafes, and bars.

Just a five-minute drive away lies 1770, the historic birthplace of Queensland, where Captain Cook made landfall centuries ago.

This three-bedroom unit boasts a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite featuring a shower, bath, toilet, and sink, alongside a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds.

The spacious layout includes a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complete with air conditioning throughout and lift access from underground parking, the unit ensures modern comfort.

Outdoor amenities include a heated communal pool, terrace with seating, and a BBQ.

Wi-Fi is available, although it's worth noting that Vodafone doesn't cover the area and mobile network coverage from other providers may be limited in Agnes Water & 1770.

Due to the property's natural surroundings, including the local flora and fauna, it's possible to encounter wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds on the verandah and in garden areas.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the property and heated communal pool while staying.

A short walk through a communal path through the sand dunes and you are on the pristine, five kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach.

The Neighborhood:
Agnes Water and 1770 are surrounded by stunning National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.

Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.

Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.

It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.

A vibrant Sunday morning market takes place every second weekend.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.

Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily. The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 5 kilometres away.
