Very small 2nd and 3rd bedrooms - very tight for 6 people, hit and miss BBQ, leak onto outside verandah from apartment above, tight kitchen space

Dirty, dusty, generally grotty apartment with blood?-stained linen
Arrived late into Agnes Water after braving recent floods to find a truly neglected dirty apartment with stained linen and grimy bathrooms, filthy stove and unclean refrigerator (eg. large pool of frozen blood in the freezer compartment). From sheer shock and disbelief, we took photos of the state of this property to send to the host. When contacted about the situation, an unsympathetic, aggressive (and sceptical) hosting agent from PRD, under sufferance, put us in another property for the first night. The next day after 2 new cleaners spent a total of @8 hrs, it was finally habitable. Unfortunately, we experienced further unpleasantness with the same agent when she hung up during a call about a one-night refund, which had been offered by her Principal! Sadly, this was the worst holiday-property experience and host we have ever encountered.
