In a lush valley surrounded by giant and suggestive granite boulders, protected by tall trees, Stazzu Valle Di L'Incantu is shielded from the chaos of the summer crowds.
It is however only a few minutes away from the Tourist Village of Rena Majore and numerous beautiful beaches.
Disney recently filmed portions of the live action "Little Mermaid" movie, on Rena Majore Beach.
This spacious and tastefully decorated "Country Villa" confortably hosts up to 10 persons (9 adults). At your disposal are 2 travel infant beds for the younger ones, to be set up in the parent's bedrooms).
As for the villa's sleeping accomodations:
- 1 bedroom with 1 matrimonial bed (160x190)
- 1 bedroom with 1 matrimonial bed (160x190) + 1 single bed (80x190)
- the third bedroom has 2 single beds (80x190) that when coupled makes a comfortable matrimonial bed (160x190)
During the summer season, the living-room can become the fourth bedroom, with a confortable 2 person sofa-bed (160x190)
Its private pool, with wooden deck, has a very particular and suggestive view on the granite boulders which surround the valley. Taking the day off from the beach is not an issue; just walk over to the pool to freshen up and get a tan, in complete privacy!
Neu for 2025....The jacuzzi will offer a relaxing moment and can accomodate 2 to 3 persons. As soon as the installation is completed, fotos will be added.
The property's small vegetable garden and our chickens, a few fruit trees and grapevines will provide you with whatever is available in season.
What a gift it is to watch my horse and his companions, 3 cute and friendly sardinian donkeys, enclosed in their paddock, from the veranda!
We live on the property, in a separate wood cabin, and take care of the property ourselves.

In the area
The surrounding area provides with lovely country and coastal trails.
Numerous restaurants, "agriturismi", including a vegetarian and a seafood agriturismo, offer a variety of local specialties.
Rena Majore Beach, with its fine white sand, is a short walk from the Tourist Village of Rena Majore. Other beaches in the area offer a great variety; sand, pebbles, rocks and cliffs are all within a short distance. There is a beautiful swimming pool with restaurant, right in Rena Majore. In the Village, you will also find a bar with a newspaper-stand, a gelateria, a small supermarket, a grocery store and a pharmacy.
In season, Rena Majore hosts numerous tourist activities, such a music and dancing in the Piazza.
For the young ones there is a playground, and a small circus passes through.
Archeological sites in the area include Nuraghis and Tombe dei Giganti, remnants from Sardinia's Nuragic Age.
In Santa Teresa di Gallura, just a 15-minute drive away, you will find many supermarkets, boutiques, bars and restaurants.
Thursday is market-day.
During the summer, every evening, the streets fill themselves with the Mercatino, the tourist market.
For nocturnal entertainment, the Estasis offers a disco for young people, and for the older generation, music from the eighties, in a marvelous outdoor setting.
At the port, you may rent sailboats, rubber dinghies and motor boats, with or witout driver.
Daily outings to the Islands are offered with lunch included.
Scuba diving is available.
It is a short 50 minutes ferry-ride to the town of Bonifacio, on the neighboring island, Corsica, where the Emperor Napoleon sojourned. With its stunning fortified town, it is an absolute "must".
