"It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house...

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. "The property was in a perfect area and had everything I needed. The only real problem was the communication was not the best. I got there on Thursday evening and there were 4 people already in my apartment. I ended up staying in the room they were supposed to stay in and they left on Tuesday. "A nice pleasant stay. Brilliant location right in the middle of central Nicosia. Place was a bit confusing to find from the road but after asking a passer by I found it ok. It’s inside the American College building 4th floor. Room itself was of good quality and find up to a fairly high standard. Bedding was really good and it had a big bathroom with a generous size shower too. Ideal for city break and close to amenities. Would definitely stay here again. "

"No bedding for the sofa bed..it advertises a sofa bed. My grandson was not going to share a bed with me so i had to leave the heating on to keep warm. 1 towel each for 4 days. Not acceptable. No iron although an ironing board was there. Cupbard handles and all switches filthy. Took photos but it eont let me add them. Also no hot water xmas day for some reason."
