"The pool is huge and clean. Down some steps is a private beach with the clear beautiful Aegean Sea. Hard to decide which to swim. View from both bedrooms is stunning. Grounds are pretty too. Driving for us was challenging but Ornos is very close by. "

"My fiancee and I stayed at this property recently and have nothing but good things to say. It's wonderfully secluded, yet near enough to all the things we wanted to see. You will want to rent a car, but unless you're staying at an all inclusive resort you should do that anyway. Georgio, our contact, was always there for us if we needed anything. I'd highly recommend this property, and when we return to Mykonos we'll hope it's available."

"Good location. Check in was very smooth and included a free pickup from the port/airport. Hosts were kind and responded quickly to Whatsapp calls and messages. They also let us check out a couple hours late because we had issues with our ferry, which was really nice of them. Place was clean, shower was hot, AC worked well, and the washer eventually worked although it was very confusing to figure out. Instructions would've been helpful. "We had a small but very cozy studio at Kipos Villas. The room was beautiful and clean, had a small kitchenette and a terrace with amazing sea views where you can catch the sunset and listen to the wind. There is a small but nice pool being shared with other apartments, the bigger pool you see is private and can`t be used. The location is beatifull and the host was super nice and helpful. You can walk to town, takes about 15 minutes but there is no sidewalk. You can do that for a few days but...

Manos went above and beyond: he was super friendly, provided many recommendations, answered questions, and met us at our taxi to walk us to the apartment. "It was perfect for anyone wanting to be right in the mix. My daughter and I enjoyed the rooftop deck. Communication was perfect and check in was easy. Only areas of concern was a power loss to the entire area so not the property owners fault. Lots of stairs to haul your luggage up was quite exhausting and the beds/pillows were a little worn out but doable. If you’re a larger frame person, the shower may not work for you, it’s very small."

"(Traveled beginning of MAY) I feel the previous reviews were misleading. However this place could be awesome. I will start with the good. Locations was good ( you need a car) taxis are expensive and walking into town is 30mins with no sidewalks. Otherwise its a 7min drive to town. We were able to find a car company that delivered us a car and pick it up at the Ferry Port (Surprise Car Rental). We were met by a nice lady to let us into the unit. Patio was nice and we enjoyed the private beach....

"Stayed with our adult children and it is a lovely place. Very unique place. Decorated very well. Wish we could have enjoyed the roof top but the winds were just so strong. 4 places to sleep which was nice. There is no door on the master which is interesting but was fine. Good kitchen to cook in and living room space was large enough for us all. Location was great and had access to everything we needed. It was off season so limited on shops that were open but we were ok with that. "

"We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The view was incredible. We were close enough to walk to everything we needed but far enough away for a peaceful stay. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed spending time outside on the patio. The welcome treats were appreciated. Stefanos and his Dad were very helpful and accommodating. They even stored our luggage for us after we checked out while we waited for our ferry. Would definitely stay here again. "
