"Made a booking for 2 people in a family room with multiple beds, my daughter decided to join us after I made the booking. When we checked in, the receptionist kept saying she needed to see my booking my phone, I said why, you had my booking. She said you booked for 2 people but you are 3. I said, so ? I could pay extra just check us in. We were going back and forth, I was ready to ask for the refund and leave. Then she called the manager saying we were causing trouble, I guess she didn't...

"The two very good things were the views and the hotel receptionists. There were many bad things including the plague of wasps, the food (not labelled so we didn't know what we were eating and often lukewarm and sometimes run out), the air conditioning being unreliable, the bad condition and lack of manouverability of the sun beds, the horrible red and rose wine, the drinking to 3 am in the morning accompanied by raucous noise etc"
