"Very beautiful views atop a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean. The road up is a challenge, for sure. Probably unlike anything else you have driven, but very doable with a little patience. The size of the place it a little tight for a family of 4, but you can make it work. The pool and patio are lovely and the hosts are very kind. "

"The house is located higher above a smaller local beach (which never got busy) and afforded great views over the area. Whilst the house is lovely, the outdoor space really sets the accommodation apart. There are a number of different veranda’s and seating areas which allow the outdoors to be utilised throughout the day. We loved it. We explored the East of the island, and the house location proved to work really well for that. We would not hesitate to return. Many thanks."

"The owners have thought of everything and make sure you have it. Wonderful home, wonderful location with the beach at your door and your own yard to enjoy the outdoor kitchen/ lounge and pool. The kids will love the play set and toys if they tire of the sand. Stay here! Only word of advice is don’t try to leave on a Friday-Saturday-or Sunday for dinner elsewhere because you will have trouble coming back and finding parking. Besides the food is great at the tavernas only a few steps away."

"I do not have enough kind words to say about Vasilis and Vivi. I stayed in the Apartment to celebrate my 50th birthday, and couldn't be happier with the decision. Even with a mixup and miscommunication, they worked to accommodate my stay when I showed up 2 days early. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. "Our hosts were outstanding! They had fruit, pastry, liquor and water in fridge for us. The pictures you see online are actually real. You have a million dollar view. Our patio was huge. LOVE IT! 2 senior woman and we felt extremely safe. Our apt was cute, clean, beds comfy and quiet. The apt was fully equipped if you chose to cook. Plenty of restaurants down the hill overlooking the sea. Grocery store nearby. Location was great for sightseeing around Crete. Highly recommend. "

"A wonderful 2 bedroom rental on the shores of the Gulf of Heraklion. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants, a small supermarket, water sports rentals and of course the beach. Also easy access to the main highway for drives to Agios Nikolaos, Heraklion, Rethymon and Chania. We enjoyed are stay and would highly recommend for a family stay."

"Die geräumige Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben für 16 Tage gemietet und den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Vermieterin Popi hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Für den Ankunftstag waren Wasser, Brot, Käse, Saft und Knabbersachen bereit, so dass wir erst am am nächsten Tag einkaufen mussten. Es waren auch genug Badetücher vorhanden. Das einzige Manko war das schwache Internet."

My stay was okay until my check out time and was slammed with an unplanned bill which was based on not passing information correctly. "Ich hätte mir wirklich keinen schöneren Urlaub vorstellen können: das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber, das Bett war bequem, Terrasse und Pool sehr einladend, die Aussicht ein absoluter Traum. Nicht mal 10 Minuten entfernt ein toller Strand, 3 Minuten bis zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt. Saer ist wahnsinnig gastfreundlich und offen. Ich habe mich vom der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen :) sehr sehr große Empfehlung!"
