"Very chilled holiday. Loved all the activities in the hotel, yoga Pilates & belly dancing to name a few. Food was a bit samey every day. Would have been nice to have theme nights as other hotels do. Plenty of sun beds available. Loved hanging out with all the kitty cats "

"Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel. "

"L hotel est plaisant et agreable. Un gros bemol pour la nourriture la qualite n est pas au rdv et tres peu varié. L espace jeu et plage pourrait etre mieux entretenu. Voir nettoyé. C est dommage . 2 jours de pluie et l equipe d animation totalement absente. C est pourrant dans ces moments la qu ils sont utilent. "

"Property was clean. Toilet was dirty with one of the toilets not flushing. The pool is falling apart with tiles everywhere inside the pool and all over the outside of the property. Pool was very dirty and we were not able to use it AT ALL during our stay. The host was friendly and nice but not happy with the property at all. Do not recommend."

"Very clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good basic breakfast (pastries, eggs, yogurt, coffee). The parking lot was a little difficult to find, but there was always plenty of space to park once we got back to the property. Market was right around the corner, so very easy shopping for souvenirs. We highly enjoyed our visit!"
