"Very good hotel in a perfect location as a base to explore the city. I had a standard room, size was decent & bed was comfortable..and for the price..can't complain. Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't try the restaurant or breakfast, so can't comment on that, but i heard it was good.. Overall, i would definitely stay here again on future visit!"

"Everything about our stay at Paris Hotel was perfect. The room was spotless clean, and turned out more spacious than we expected. A nice surprise was a balcony that we didn’t expect to have! The location could not have been better, it is within walking distance of pretty much any tourist attraction, with lots of cafes and restaurants around. "We had a lovely stay (once again as we keep coming back) at the Holiday Inn Republic Square in a suite. It was very comfortable and quiet. The salon and bedroom combination gave us a bit more space. All was spotlessly clean. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to go anywhere in Yerevan. A couple of mornings we had their breakfast and it was quite good, if pricey ($25 per person). "The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. The breakfast area is excellent with wonderful views of the Cascade. The food at breakfast was very good and the selection was nice also. "

"This is best hotel in Dilijan area. It is new resort with spa. The one negative is location, with little area to walk or explore. Especially enjoyed the dining.......chef is excellent. Staff are helpful and kind. I would recommend this property in Dilijan."
