"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect beach acces, great view of the belt...

They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. "Leider war die uns übermittelte Anschrift nicht korrekt. Erst ein Anruf bei der notfall-Hotline verhalt zur richtigen Adresse. Im Hausflur fehlten einige Fliesen. Das Loch war notdürftig mit Teppich abgedeckt. Die vorbestellte Bettwäsche sollte im 20 km entfernten Büro abgeholt werden, das war aber geschlossen. Laut Hotline lag die Wäsche dann in einem Holzverschlag am Haus - da war aber nix. Stattdessen lag im Haus gebrauchte Kleidung und der Feuermelder war abgeschraubt. Verwalter der Bude:...

"Es war traumhaft. Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz für große, unterschiedliche Alter Gruppe. Schöne Gemeinschaftsräume und auch Möglichkeit sich zurückziehen. Das Haus ist sauber und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. "Sehr angenehme Kommunikation und problemloses Einchecken. Haus direkt am Strand mit riesigem, tollen Grundstück. Fussballtore vorhanden, perfekt. Rehe und Rebhühner im Garten, tolles Inselflair. Wir kommen gern wieder, auch die Kids waren begeistert."
