From the pool to the bbq to the electric bikes and more, this house is perfect. Patrice was so easy to deal with and made us feel right at home. "Lovely stay in Bize. House charming with beautiful rooms. Garden was the star as it had just the right mix of shade and sun as well as the petanque area. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and garden enjoying the wonderful weather and the superb local produce. The house needs a bit of TLC as the toilet was leaking and did not flush properly when we arrived. (the owner sorted for us on the second day). The plugs in the bathroom sinks did not work either. "Very nice house with a huge kitchen. Everything necessary and more available. Lots of seating inside and outside. Quiet environment. The church bells strike from 7 am which was not a problem for me. We have felt very comfortable."

"Very comfortable, with an amazing pool and beautiful views across the vineyards. Lots of space and different places to have coffee and drink rose! Very well maintained and equipped. Lovely terrace for BBQ and nice garden. Pailhes is well located near Beziers and lots of other activities. A/C is a real bonus in hot weather. The host is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property for a lovely relaxing holiday. "

"I just stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies, using 5 bedrooms. Great indoor space and two outdoor areas, one under vine tree and another with a canopy. The pool area is very safe, with gates and very child safe. The pool is awesome and we spent many days here, just chilling. At the pool area there is a shaded area, which have three large ratton sofas. The house is at the edge of a village, with a decent bakery, a Lidl (with 80Kw EV chargers, always available). The village is surrounded by vineyards...
