Booking conditions:
- House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

Additional costs to be paid directly on site:
- Optional sheets (Linens) and towels, not provided for free: 10 euros per person per stay.
- Charges of water and electricity (meter reading on the day of arrival)


This bright villa has a spacious 110 m2 living room and pool. Everything has been planned in order for you to spend a relaxation and healthy vacation with a sauna, a bath with Spa, power shower, exercise bikes, road bikes, lounge, counter current infinity pool, two large terraces, sun loungers, and garden furniture. It is located in a peaceful location in a landscaped garden with hundred-year-old olive trees, palm trees and green lawns. You can visit the surroundings of the Canal du Midi aboard a small barge or by bike, Cap d’Agde seaside resort and its naturist area, leisure area with casino, nightclubs, amusement park, golf course, tennis court, diving, aqualand, etc. The TGV station is 3 km away, the nearest airport is 10 km away and the motorway access is 55 km away. 12 km away in the hinterlands, you will find the Hereault gorges where you can go canoeing, swimming

under the Pont du Diable and visiting various caves. Our regional products and the Midi sun will enchant you.

Repos en famille dans un cadre 5 étoiles !
La maison est très agréable : une climatisation dans toute la maison, de grands placards permettant à chacun de s’installer confortablement, une piscine un peu petite pour nager, mais suffisante pour se rafraichir et passer de bons moments, un joli jardin très bien entretenu et un équipement au top pour les repas sur place (c’est suffisamment rares pour que ça vaille la peine de le mentionner). Le billard et le grand séjour / salle à manger ont été très appréciés par toute la famille ! La maison est juste à coté de commerces (boulangerie, boucher, intermarché, pharmacie...). Nous étions en voiture donc avons circulé majoritairement par ce biais ayant des personnes à mobilité réduite dans le groupe. Quelques bouchons mais très gérable. La plage de la Roquille était à 10 min en voiture : large et très agréable mais y aller de préférence le matin ou fin de journée pour éviter le monde. La propriétaire est très serviable et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à elle et recommandons vivement cette maison !

Villa très agréable
Propriétaire très sympa, villa très agréable avec multiples choses à faire en famille ou entre amis (pétanque, ping-pong, billard). Petite piscine mais agréable, équipements fonctionnels, proche des commerces à pieds et à 9mn en voiture des plages faciles d'accès. On aurait aimer prolonger notre séjour de quelques jours.

Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes et avons vécu une semaine inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa. Tout était à disposition (sauna, billard, etc). Le voisinage était sympathique et les commerces et la plage sont a proximité.
