The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this ground-floor studio apartment in a secure residence with indoor swimming pool. The studio can accommodate up to 2 travellers. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a stay with friends, it has all the comforts you need for a getaway on the Mediterranean coast: a furnished living room with a sofa, a mezzanine bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a cosy wooden terrace with a raised table and a spa for relaxing after a day of exploring! The beach is at your feet, accessible from the terrace via a small private path.

Accommodation:
This ground-floor studio is 20 m² and can accommodate up to two people.
You will have at your disposal:
- A main room furnished with a mezzanine bed (140x190), sofa, coffee table, TV and air conditioning.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, electric hob, crockery, etc.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.

High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request).

Outside:
- A lovely wooden terrace with a raised dining table for your meals and aperitifs, as well as a Spa to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

In the residence :
- Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its sea-view terrace.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available with a recharging point for electric vehicles.

- Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d'Agde in a private residence with direct access to the beach.
- 5/10 min by car from the port of Cap d'Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops, Ferris wheel, etc.
as well as the leisure island, Luna Park and its nightclubs.

Transport:
- Private parking space in the residence with automatic code-operated gate and free public car park nearby.

Artemis "Lo mejor del Airbnb es la ubicación, ya que está a dos pasos del mar, y es una zona que no hay tanta gente a comparación de otros puntos de la playa. También, esta muy cerca de los restaurantes y la caminata al centro es un poco larga pero muy agradable. Asimismo, la limpieza del alojamiento es impecable, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario. Los puntos en contra: - entrada y salida del alojamiento. Aunque claramente lo dice en el anuncio, nunca me había tocado un alojamiento que la entrada fuera a las 18h y si quieres entrar antes son 10 euros por hora. En nuestro caso nuestro vuelo era por la mañana y estuvimos muchas horas sin nada que hacer con todas las cosas (tampoco te las pueden cuidar). Pero nos dejaron entrar un poco antes sin cobrarnos. - el colchón es cómodo pero la cama suena mucho. No está bien atornillada a la pared. - el jacuzzi está bien, pero es de plástico - gotera a lado de la mesa del patio."

Artemis "Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, gros plus pour la proximité avec la mer, juste en face. La plage est très grande, et peu de monde en cette période (début juin). Environnement très calme, quartier résidentiel. Petit bémol juste pour la literie qui n'était pas très agréable, c'était un lit mezzanine qui bougeait énormément. Pour la cuisine, il manque juste quelques équipements. Le reste de l'appartement était cependant très bien, l'extérieur était très beau, nous étions à l'abri des autres logements. Le jaccuzi était très bien. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine intérieur cependant, car elle était trop froide pour nous."

Artemis "BJ je l'avais lu dans l'annonce mais je pensais que vous aviez été réactif,mais pas du tout ,il manque vraiment un rideau a l'entrée la clarté du matin et les lumières en soirée sont vraiment très difficile quand on recherche un vrai repos au matin et un endormissement le soir. Il manquerais aussi un petit étendoir ou mettre à sécher les serviettes de bain et les maillots. Sinon en septembre ,c'est vraiment très calme et très agréable."

Inconvénient: le matelas est trop fin du coup on sent un peu les barre en dessous. La douche est un peu usée et le fait de ne pas avoir au moins un liquide vaisselle dans le réservoir était dommage. Et les rideaux ne descend pas jusqu’en bas de la fenêtre ce qui fais du jour et la nuit si nous avons la lumière on nous voit de l’extérieur… Mise à part ça nous avons passer une fêlent séjour et nous recommandons ses hôtes avec joies"

Artemis "Le logement est cosy avec son jacuzzi privé très agréable et bien entretenu, et les prestations sont vraiment au top ! La résidence privée est protégée et surveillée par des caméras et un portail à code qui nous rassurent dès notre arrivée. Pour encore plus de confort il y à plusieurs places gratuites pour se garer (dont certaines avec des prises pour les VE). L’accès direct à la plage se fait par un portail d’où l’on atterrit sur une magnifique plage, et dès que le retour se fait, il y a une douche extérieur pour se rafraîchir et enlever le sable avant d’aller dans la piscine chauffée et de se prélasser sur les transats. De plus Sarah qui s’est occupée de nos besoins et de notre arrivée est très gentille, super réactive et avenante. Nous avons égarés les clefs et en conjonction avec le propriétaire ils furent super réactif à nous venir en aide (de plus pour un dimanche). Merci encore pour tout ! Loïc & Tony"
