Apartment With Pool, Huge Balcony and Wonderful Panoramic Views - 131 Sq Metres

An extremely spacious open-plan modern apartment (131 Sq Metres) with a very large balcony and spectacular views over the marina. Perfectly situated in a quiet area on the marina front with access to a shared swimming pool (normally open from the end of May to the end of September). The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the centre where you'll find plenty of shops and lively restaurants & bars. It is also within easy reach of a wide range of beaches (12 minute walk), boat trips, an adventure parks, international golf course, horse-riding, water-sports and Aqualand. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with super-fast WI-FI. Electric roller shutters ensure full black out for sleeping. We supply sun loungers to use by the pool.

There are wonderful panoramic views from most of the rooms. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, two double bedrooms and two lounge areas - one of which can convert to a 3rd double bedroom using the sofa bed. There is a widescreen TV including lots of French TV channels. There is a DVD player (with a good choice of DVD films). In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and oven, toaster, washing and drying machines for clothes.

There is a large free car park very close to the residence (30 seconds walk) - but no parking available inside the residence.

Supercoole, geräumige Wohnung an zentraler Lage
Wir haben als Familie in Cap d'Agde unsere Ferien zwischen Auffahrt und Pfingsten genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gross und wir haben es sehr genossen, so viel Platz zu haben. Gerade auch, weil das Wetter anfangs nicht sehr toll war. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Auch der Balkon ist sehr gross. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man könnte sogar zu siebt in dieser Wohnung Ferien machen, wenn man beim Schlafen nicht selber ein Doppelbett braucht. Es hat drei grosse Betten und ein Zustellbett. Es war alles top, bis darauf, dass es nicht sehr sauber war. Dort, wo es uns sehr wichtig war, konnten wir aber selber schnell abhelfen, da alles zum Putzen vorhanden war. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und wir könnten uns vorstellen, dass in der Hauptsaison der Lärm der Hafenrestaurants und des zentralen Platzes gut zu hören sind. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Danke Nick und Nicola für alles.

Fabulous harbour apartment
Wonderful stay in modern spacious apartment with enormous balcony with stunning views of harbour in great location.Easy contact with owners who suggested great restaurants within walking distance,places to visit and beaches.Highly recommend and would love to return.

Superbe appartement
Notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement c’est bien passé. Nick et Nicholas on été tres disponibles lorsque nécessaire. Malheureusement la copropriété a décidé de ne pas ouvrir la piscine a cause des restrictions dues au Covid, ce qui explique les 4*. Le manque de parking est aussi embêtant même si la description de l’annonce est claire a ce sujet.

Super Urlaub in Cap d'Agde
+ sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was nötig ist. Der grosse Balkon war wie ein 2. Wohnzimmer (auch dank gutem Wetter). Die Aussicht auf den Hafen haben wir genossen. + viel Platz in den Zimmern, super die Dusch resp. Badewanne zu jedem Zimmer. + sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und Unterhaltung + Meer und Strand ist auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen + Die Verständigung mit Gastgeber Nick war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert - Leider war Pool wegen Covid geschlossen, was auf der Beschreibung nicht zu lesen war. Wir haben aber eine gute Lösung gefunden! Die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen und würden diese sicher nochmals wählen. +

Excellent séjour
Nous avons adoré séjourner dans le grand appartement très bien équipé, idéalement situé et bénéficiant d une vue superbe. Nous étions 2 couples avec enfants et les 3 chambres ayant chacune leur salle d eau (dont une avec baignoire) étaient parfaites pour nous ! Nous souhaitons y retourner l année prochaine en espérant toutefois que les contraintes sanitaires n existeront plus et que la piscine sera ouverte ! Pour conclure nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Nick le propriétaire.

Belle et confortable location avec vue magnifique sur le port du Cap d'Agde .
Grand appartement confortable, avec une assez grande terrasse donnant sur le port et offrant une vue magnifique. Sa situation proche du centre et des commerces est assez pratique pour ne pas devoir utiliser la voiture. Proche du centre et à la fois suffisamment éloignée pour ne pas se trouver dans le fourmillement de la station. Une mention particulière pour l'aide efficace de Morag.

Appartement juste magnifique, bien agencé, bien équipé, avec vue imprenable sur le port! Au calme, mais à quelques minutes à pied des commerces et du centre animé. Avec nos deux enfants en bas âge, ce fût un réel plaisir de passer cette semaine là-bas. Communication avec le propriétaire et le gérant très facile. Nous regardons déjà pour revenir l'année prochaine :-). Nous recommandons vivement!!!!

Highlight of our stay in Southern France
Morag, the property manager was most helpful and accommodating, meeting us on our arrival to deliver the keys as we are from Canada and meeting us again on our departure to pick up the keys. The property was well appointed and met the needs of our family of 6. It was perfectly located offering shops, restaurants, a pool much enjoyed by our teenaged granddaughters, and a fairly short walk to the beach. This was a perfect location for us to “unwind” after our visit to Paris and Spain We would return and with more time explore the many cities near this location. Thank you Paul Drummond

Great location and great view
If there’s one piece of advice I would give for travellers it is pay a little more for the right location with a great view and this fits the bill precisely. All the essentials are a short stroll away (supermarkets, bread, croissants including a small Lidl). Plenty of free parking and lots of places to eat and drink, caters for all budgets. The Saturday market is a must visit but buy early as the fresh produce soon disappears. Overall a great place to stay, highly recommended.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in prime location
This apartment is well-furnished and has plenty of room. Clean, modern and tidy. Everything that's needed for an enjoyable holiday is provided including a full-equipped kitchen. The sunny second-floor balcony is large with a table and seating for 8 people and it must have one of the best views in Cap d'Agde. It's only a 5-minute walk to the restaurants and the whole quayside of the large marina. It was easy to book and the owners and agent could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended on all counts!

Excellent accommodation
This accommodation was of a superior standard. It was was furnished, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was als well located, being close to the attractions and shops but still quiet at night. The owner and managing agent were also friendly, helpful and available whenever we had a query. Great Apartment in Fanatastic Position
Lovely spacious apartment - accurately described - clean and well maintained. Would thoroughly recommend both the property and the area to any friends /relatives. Have stayed in Cap d'Agde before and think the position of the apartment is ideal - within walking distance of nightlife (bars and restaurants) yet far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing at all times. The beach and amusements are all within walking distance .The area is also fantastic for sight seeing and within reach of Carcassonne, Sete, Montpellier, Beziers to mention a few. An apartment we hope to rent again.
