"Check in was very easy and the staff (was not there at the office to receive our party) was able to guide us through the check in process and we got to our rental place with not too much issue. However , the company could have communicated this better before we arrived at the place. Overall stay was very pleasant , but the description did not indicate this was a loft type home, and two of us adults had a bit of a struggle going up the steep stairs to the loft room, and doing this for 3 days...

"Our stay was absolutely lovely. The cottage was cozy and clean and the location right on the river made for beautiful views. The extra space in the attached office was a nice bonus as well. It was a little chilly to spend too much time outdoors, but the patio and deck would be really nice in warmer weather. "The cottage is a wonderful place to stay if your looking for a vacation spot for a family. Tons to do and a nice quiet place to relax! Peter is great to communicate with and made us feel very welcome!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. Great for us as we have two small dogs and many other properties don't allow any dogs. We gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 because the property is located quite far away from services. It is at the south end of Cultus Lake and the nearest community, Sardis, is about 15 km away."

"Opulent Oaks is a beautiful chalet that was impressive and relaxing, which our whole group enjoyed! The pool was a hit and the kitchen was well equipped. There are fun electronic games which the kids loved and lots of space for them to run around. "This was our first time at this hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon. The drive up from Seattle was easy to get there in 3 hours. The front desk agent was very friendly and upgraded our room to the East Tower with the most amazing lakefront view. Parking is in the back of the building and is free with your stay at the hotel. The hot spring pools were hot and amazing. My favorite one was the indoor circle hot tub. The minerals really helped heal my skin. I also appreciated the adults only pool away from the kid friendly pools. We ate dinner at the island bar on the main floor of the hotel because the restaurant upstairs was closed that evening. Had the beef burger on the potato bun and it was absolutely delicious! Best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The location of this hotel has safe and walkable streets to nearby shops, restaurants and to the beachfront lake. The hot spring pools alone make this trip worth the stay. Already planning to book my next stay at this hotel. If you want the most amazing view, the cost in the East Tower is worth every penny! "
