La Casa del Molino de Viento is a country house located in the Valle de Agaete in a very quiet area with private pool and mountain views. The property has 4 bedrooms with large beds, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terraces, BBQ area, mini basketball courts, badminton and petanque. A large garden with fruit trees and ornamental mainly jacaranda. Private parking and wifi signal.
In the area there are different trails where you can walk enjoying the native vegetation and a privileged climate since the average annual temperature is 23 degrees. The nearest beach is 5 km away and is called Las Nieves and there is also a natural stone pool with sea water. In the Puerto de Las Nieves there are several restaurants with typical and international food where you can eat fresh fish and seafood accompanied by a good wine.
