"The apartment was not ready on time. We had luggage, it was raining and cold. We were not allowed in because the cleaning people had not finished!...... we were wet, cold and tired. We had to store our luggage at a separate location while we were stuck outside. Finally get in and there was a leak in the kitchen. Yes they came to fix but we walked in water for day 1. Then they want us to leave the apartment clean but there were NO cleaning supplies. No sponges, wash cloths etc. The decor...

"The views from the apartment are simply incredible. It's spacious and bright, also it is located centrally, we walked to the old town and other sights. There are many things to do nearby. The HOLT staff is really friendly."

"First of all, location is perfect! I’m born and raised in Bucharest, but living in the US, and while visiting with my husband I had to find a good place to stay, where we can move around easily, not always by car (Uber and such). This apartment was perfectly located in the middle of everything, yet hidden away from the traffic noise. You have everything you wish minutes away: Carrefour, gym (just across), pharmacy, Starbucks, old town, restaurants and terraces (try the ones along the river...

"Lovely aparthotel and room located just minutes walk from old town & other sightseeing spots. The room was a good size and offered plenty of amenities, the heating worked really well which was such a great thing during this weather. The hotel also had security of a night that helped makes us feel secure. Only negatives are, they don’t supply enough shampoo and won’t refill unless you pay (we were here for 4 nights) would’ve been better to communicate this with us as I would’ve packed extra...

"Hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful dinner was tasty and well prepared, the airport shuttle ran regularly although need to bear in mind the location is just off a busy and fast moving highway (nothing to do with the Ibis itself) My only small negative is that the hot breakfast was lukewarm - scrambled egg, sausages, mushrooms, hash browns etc"
