"My husband and I , son , daughter , son-in-law, 13 yr old, 9 yr old granddaughters really enjoyed the place. It was a beautiful location. Rooms for everyone . Loved the terraces. Great area to relax with some wine, etc. Great restaurants next to Villa . 30 minute walk to Serrento . No problem getting taxis either. Minor inconveniences: no a/c - we only had 1 night where it was a little uncomfortable, otherwise it was bareable with ceiling fans. There is a washing machine but no dryer, we used...

"Our large group utilized the entire villa. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the rooftop terrace. The villa is in a quiet area. A little walk down the street for waterside restaurants or pastries and coffee in the morning. And the walk up the street, it is easier than it looks, to the Seiano station makes it easy to get to Sorrento. We enjoyed our stay and Fabio was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with insights about the neighborhood."

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Parken vor dem Haus ist unmöglich, auch nicht zum Ausladen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind knapp, daher haben wir das Auto für 20 €/Tag in eine Tiefgarage gestellt. Das Haus ist nur zu Fuß entlang einer dicht befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg erreichbar. Mit Kinderwagen nicht zu empfehlen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 min zu erreichen; mit dem Zug sind viele Ziele erreichbar. Das Haus liegt ziemlich zentral in Vico Equense."

"Beautiful property very tastefully done. No one checked us in. No one showed us how things worked. Location was ok 15 minute walk to town. Great place to stay and relax if you didn’t want to do much. Host answered all texted great place for entire family there was 7 never crowed. "

"We booked this place primarily because of the private pool. It was green upon arrival and we were told it would be fixed the next day. It was not and was never even looked at the whole time we were there. We asked for money back for that and other problems there were with the property. Like a sink leaking, doors being unable to be unlocked from the bedroom which in America would be a fire hazard. For a place that sleeps 13 there were four normal chairs outside. So we would constantly have to...

"Very gracious host. The scenery around the villa is beautiful with well landscaped grounds. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves relaxing at the pool. Do schedule the pizza party while you are there. The pizzas are made in the pizza oven at the villa and was delicious!"
