"POSITIVES: - room very nice and modern - location (right in the old town) - host very responsive to emails - able to store luggage - towel warmer that actually worked - lots of electrical outlets and heaters - housekeeping service NEGATIVES: - The room itself was very beautiful. "This is very unique hotel and we enjoyed our stay. However, when we checked in, the shower drain was clogged completely and it looked like it was not properly cleaned for a while. We requested help with this and they came to clean it next morning. "

"A very quaint and cozy place, just across the bridge from the city proper. The self check in made it easy to arrive at any time. It was also a 5 minute walk to the bus station. A river rafting place is just across the street."

"property was nicely located in Cesky Krumlov. We rented the attic apartment, which was nice as it had its own rooftop terrace. Onlyu downside was it was a very hot time of the year and the A/C in the room was not very effective. Other than that the room was great. Breakfast served in the room was great."

"Location, always location. The best of this apartment is the location, in the center of the town with view of castle. Easy to go everywhere on walking. But you have to know that parking lot is far around 10 min walking. Since it's an old town, if you have heavy luggages with you, you need to think about it."

"Host never communicated to us there were no towels or bedsheets and that we had to bring our own. There was also no hot water and throughout the night could hear some animal burrowing in the ceiling. "

"Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...
