Replacement of all the curtains in the living room.
Niesen bedroom: Replacement of carpet with new parquet and new paintwork.

Perimeter insulation of the house up to the foundations .
Installation of a charging point (11kW) for rechargeable cars .
Installation of an external socket for e-bikes .
2020 :
Redo the entire roof, refurbish the waterproofing and insulation, install a photovoltaic system.
Extra costs:
- Electricity: per object and week Costs amounting to 50 CHF (Mandatory).
- Final cleaning: once per object Costs amounting to 120 CHF (Mandatory).
