"We just needed somewhere for an overnight stop on our journey by train from Spain to the UK (Eurostar via Paris). The 25 minute walk from and to the station was fine. Found a nice restaurant nearby for dinner. Nice location by the river. A bit confusing being called both the Miradour and the Ibis. Not quite sure what's going on there!"

"It is a small hotel, with on site parking ( very important to me) and a very good restaurant. The room that I had was a small one but clean. They said there are bigger rooms available. Breakfast is simple, it is not a buffet tipe. To me, the food and wine from the restaurant is what making me comming back. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. "An amazing 300 year old chateau renovated by a young Dutch couple and run as a 3 room B and B, sooon to be 4. Sophie the charming hostess runs it with gusto and Arthur the enormous Pyrenean Mountain Dog is on guard although he is likely only to give you a good licking. Our bedroom and bathroom were enormous and well equipped with a comfortable bed,TV, coffe machine, bath and shower and separate toilet. Fantastic breakfast in the morning"

"If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is! "
