"First impression was really off-putting because whole place stunk of chlorine - the smell was omnipresent and strong, from the foyer, hallways, everywhere. Never experienced that before and mostly book hotels with a pool. Staff was very unhelpful, one receptionist literally rolled her eyes when I asked a question about ski storage.
