"We were 3 families in town for a wedding and it never felt crowded. King sized beds everywhere helped and they were comfy. Basement a fun place for the children and backyard space for games of tag. We enjoyed our stay."

"Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag."

"Our family (2 daughters, 3 grandsons 8-23) had a super week on Varty Lake. The Cottage is very comfortable and the two rooms were good for young & older. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of supplies, towels etc. Having the canoe, kayak, paddleboat, two paddle boards was amazing and all were used and enjoyed. Biking along the roads & Cataraqui trail was great. Swimming was good. Games room was enjoyed by the younger boys/young men. Mo was excellent in communicating with us, before and during our stay....

"We love the Viv and the location and this is our second time staying there. Just a couple of small hiccups - getting the lockbox open was hard to negotiate, the smoke detectors kept Going and had to be changed, the sink needed a stopper which we bought and the sink leaked to the kitchen floor. Otherwise we’d definitely stay again. "

"Some new Reno’s completed and look good. Due to time of year docks had been removed and parking area tight for two vehicles with boats. Home clean kitchen appliances new. "

The deck outside was massive and we thought the pictures in the listing actually undersold how nice the it was. This cottage vilage is gated and offers various activities for kids, a nice family pool, and the entire area is well-supervised and maintained by the condo management.
